My experience was funny. Some of the portions were really tiny whereas others were massive. Service was bare minimum. We had to ask other servers to help us. They should think about switching to a buffet style if waiters aren't going to be readily available. I gave it a 3 because I loved the mozzarella sticks.

I came here twice, once during a weekday lunch special and a second time during Saturday premium lunch. Meats were incredibly good and portioned well. Seasoned perfectly. I highly recommend the volcano chicken and beef bulgogi. The chicken I'm willing to overlook the poor service just to come back here for. The rice tasted pretty chaulky as if it were poorly rinsed. It was also unevenly cooked. Maybe they should invest in rice cookers. The rice paper was stale. It came out tasting muddy and the edges hardening like it was left out for a couple of hours. Sometimes it would come out with some food residue on it. Making me feel like they didn't wash the knife when cutting it with the raw meat. Not saying they did that but when you order something like rice and rice paper it should be pure white and not have strange residues like it was brought from some other customers table. When you're a solo diner you can pretty much expect to be ignored for most of the time. I once spent 10 minutes just sitting around until the server came and asked if I wanted more food and drinks. The most attentive theyve been was when the grill had started to burn black.

Treat the service nice and you will get fantastic service. This is a very popular kbbq spot because the food is fantastic. Even though they are super busy they do a great job ensuring they check up on you for another round of meat and ensuring water is being filled. The meat quality is great and ensure you try the non marinated meats first to ensure you taste the great quality of meat. The place is nice, dark enough where it is intimate but bright enough so you can still see your party.

Kangnam Korean BBQ, was amazing. The service was phenomenal and the foods were fantastic. This was my first exposure to table BBQ with a Korean flavor. It was truly an amazing experience. I would definitely go back as the menu is so packed with food types, I could not experience them all with one visit. The beef though was excellent. The robotic table service of extra items ordered and presented to our table was fast and efficiently done. I will definitely be returning to try more of the food selection and experience the excellent customer service again.

Long queue, but with that aside service was slow. Cuts of meat, and sides took very long to come out of the kitchen, and onto the table. When the meats finally did arrive definitely not worth it. More fat and tendons than meat. Meat was still frozen and, breaking apart then trying to get it onto the grill. $49.99 for the prime all you can eat menu which offered about 6 more options from the premium menu that was $39.99. The added bonus was better cuts, but limited 1 to 2 orders of each. Much better options of kbbq all you can eat in this price range in the area.
